Bodies of the Foundation

The Foundation’s bodies are: Management board and  Executive director.

The Managemenet Board is the highest managing body of the Foundation. There are at least 3 members of the Management Board including the President of the Management Board. The Management Board President manages the work of the Board.

Strategic Partners of  the Foundation are municipalities, state institutions and other organisations which take part in the development and implementation of strategic projects important for the development of northern region of Montenegro. Strategic partners have only advisory function in the matters which are strategically important for Montenegro as well as for the Foundation. The strategic partners could contribute to the works of the Foundation with advice, recommendations for development of projects in accordance with the strategic and action plans, expertise of their employees in development and implementation of the priority projects, financial means and other means in accordance with the law.
