Training on Online Marketing
FORS Montenegro organised a training on Online Marketing for unemployed persons from the northern region of Montenegro on 13 and 14 September. The training was held in Kolašin and it was organised in order to strengthen capacities of the unemployed youth, women and long-term unemployed for Online Marketing and improvement of their competitiveness at the labour market.
The trainers were Srđan Vukčević and Anđela Jušković from the company Blue Coach and the participants had the opportunity to learn about differences between traditional and modern marketing, social media, blogs and other channels of the inbound marketing which are nowadays very effective mechanisms of advertising and attracting customers’ attention.
The training was organised within the project SEEM – Social Economy for Employment in Montenegro, implemented by FORS Montenegro in partnership with the Association Slap from Croatia and funded within the Grant scheme “Youth, women and long-term unemployed at the labour market”, which is part of an EU project “Active labour market measures for employability“, of the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare.
The aim of the SEEM project is to contribute to employment of youth, women and long-term unemployed through their capacity building and promotion of social entrepreneurship as a means of self-employment which at the same time contributes to solving certain social problems.
