Training on Project Implementation
FORS Montenegro organised a training on Project Implementation for unemployed persons from the northern region of Montenegro on 27 and 28 June. The training was held in Kolašin and it was organised in order to strengthen capacities of the unemployed youth, women and long-term unemployed for preparation and implementation of projects and improvement of their competitiveness at the labour market.
The training was organised within the project SEEM – Social Economy for Employment in Montenegro, implemented by FORS Montenegro in partnership with the Association Slap from Croatia and funded within the Grant scheme “Youth, women and long-term unemployed at the labour market”, which is part of an EU project “Active labour market measures for employability“, of the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare.
The aim of the SEEM project is to contribute to employment of youth, women and long-term unemployed through their capacity building and promotion of social entrepreneurship as a means of self-employment which at the same time contributes to solving certain social problems.
