Education on Project Implementation

In order to strengthen the capacities for implementation of projects financed from EU funds, FORS Montenegro organised two trainings for representatives of civil society organisations and local authorities from northern region. The trainings took place in Kolašin, from 13 to 16 December. During the trainings, the participants had a chance to learn about implementation rules and procedures including contractual obligations, finance management, procurements, visibility and communication, etc. The trainings were attended by 44 participants – representatives of civil sector and local administrations, who had also attended the trainings on project development organised in the previous period.

The Trainings were organised within the project Let’s Grow Together with IPA 2 whose aim is strengthening capacities of civil society organisations and local authorities for preparation and implementation of projects, as well as promotion of the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance – IPA and other EU support programs among potential applicants.

The project Let’s Grow Together with IPA 2 is financed by delegation of the European Union to Montenegro within Civil Society Facility.
