Training on Writing Business Plans

FORS Montenegro organised a training on Writing Business Plans for unemployed persons from the northern region of Montenegro on 10-12 May. The training was held in Kolašin and it was organised in order to strengthen capacities of the participants for planning development of social enterprises. It is a continuation of the training process for the unemployed within which two trainings on Social Entrepreneurship and Marketing Skills were organised previously.

The trainers were Ms Sonja Vuković and Ms Dragana Lisjak from the Association Slap and the training was attended by 25 representatives of youth, women and long-term unemployed.

The training was organised within the project SEEM – Social Economy for Employment in Montenegro, implemented by FORS Montenegro and funded within the Grant scheme “Youth, women and long-term unemployed at the labour market”, which is part of an EU project “Active labour market measures for employability“, implemented by the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare.

The aim of the SEEM project is to contribute to employment of youth, women and long-term unemployed through their capacity building and promotion of social entrepreneurship as a means of self-employment which at the same time contributes to solving certain social problems.
